What is a preorder?

Preordering means that NOTHING will be sold out. You get access to all of our limited edition prints during the preorder window!

These items are made-to-order so the process (& shipping) takes a little longer to deliver your items to you but it is worth the wait!

Preorder windows are typically open for 1-3 weeks and once that window closes, I will not be able to order any additional items or make changes to your order.

What is the TAT for preorders?

Preorder turn around times are always stated when the preorder opens. The turn around time will always be 90 days unless stated otherwise.

Please understand that delays such as inclement weather or natural disasters can happen and could potentially delay the arrival of your products. We will always communicate delays to everyone but if you have questions about your order you should email us at olivebranchboutiquemo@gmail.com.

Will everything sell out?

This is the beauty of a preorder! NOTHING will ever sell out. Here at Olive Branch, we want everyone to have our cozy jammies so we will make sure you get your items!

Preorder windows are usually open 1-3 weeks so you have plenty of time to make sure you get your items!

How long do I have to order?

Preorders are open for 1 - 3 weeks at a time depending on the size of the drop. Dates will be specifically stated everywhere so that everyone knows how long they have to order.

Once the preorder closes, no changes can be made to your order and no additional items can be ordered.

Will prints return later?

Prints are limited edition and will not be ran all the time. However, with enough interest in a specific design, we can always add it into another preorder throughout the year!

Why does delivery take so long?

Preorder windows are typically open for 1-3 weeks depending on the size of the drop and time of year. Once each window closes, the orders are sent to the manufacturer and they create each piece and ship them here!

Then each package is packaged and your cozy goodies are ready to be in your hands!

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Short answer: no. Because this business is based on preorders and made to order items only, we do not keep any stock of items.

If there is an issue with your items, you must email us at olivebranchboutiquemo.com within 72 hours of receiving your items with a description and images of the issues.

Where are your items manufactured?

Our pajamas are manufactured in China and designed in northeastern MO.

How do I wash my items?

Bamboo is a very delicate fabric in nature. It is machine washable. Items should be washed in cold water with a detergent that is gentle and bleach free and dried on low heat or tumble dried.
